By accessing this website or engaging in services provided by The Executive Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

The Executive Edge provides structured diagnostic services designed to evaluate biological and cognitive capacity in leadership contexts.

Services include:

• Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool assessments
• 90-minute private debrief sessions
• Capacity analysis and interpretation

These services are diagnostic and evaluative in nature.

They are not:

• Medical treatment
• Psychological therapy
• Psychiatric services
• Financial advice
• Legal advice

No client relationship beyond structured diagnostic consultation is created.

3. No Medical Advice

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and related interpretations are provided for informational and evaluative purposes only.

The Executive Edge does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Clients are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Nothing provided through The Executive Edge should be interpreted as medical advice.

4. No Psychological or Therapeutic Services

The Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool is a cognitive evaluation tool.

It is not:

• A psychological assessment
• A clinical diagnosis
• Mental health treatment

Clients remain responsible for seeking licensed psychological or psychiatric care where required.

5. Client Responsibility

By engaging services, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for decisions made based on diagnostic findings
• You are responsible for implementing or not implementing recommendations
• You are engaging voluntarily
• You are not relying on The Executive Edge as a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal professionals

The Executive Edge does not guarantee outcomes.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees are as follows:

Capacity Diagnostic: $1,000

Cognitive Capacity Diagnostic: $800

Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

All fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Refunds are not provided once diagnostic processing has commenced, including laboratory submission or profiling analysis.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled debrief sessions.

7. Confidentiality

The Executive Edge maintains strict confidentiality standards.

Diagnostic results and discussions are private.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

Clients acknowledge that while confidentiality is upheld, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

The Executive Edge is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on diagnostic findings
• Business losses
• Loss of revenue or opportunity
• Indirect or consequential loss

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, frameworks, methodologies, and written interpretations provided by The Executive Edge remain the intellectual property of The Executive Edge.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit materials without written consent.

Diagnostic reports are provided for personal and professional use only.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality
• Copy or reproduce content without permission
